5 Year Checkup

Cooper had his 5 year checkup yesterday. He is now 51 in (4ft.3in) and 68 lbs. He continues to be off the charts size wise. He had to get 3 vaccines and he was very brave.

He also had to have blood drawn for his school physical to enter kindergarten. When I explained to him that they would take blood and the process, he said that "No! I need all of my blood." Again he was very brave and only cried walking out of the building because he couldn't bend his arm. He had the gauze taped to his arm :)

He also had to pee in a cup for the first time. He told me that he couldn't do it because "you don't pee in cups." After some psychological difficulty with it, Mommy had to catch the pee. Not the neatest method :)
