Dentist Visit

Cooper had his annual dental check-up today. Turns out that the bloody face plant he had on his birthday wasn't as trivial as we thought. Over the last week two of his teeth have become discolored although they weren't bothering him or appeared to be loose.

His front tooth is actually completely broken/separated from the root below the gum line. And the tooth next to it is loose. We are currently going to wait and see what happens as they are not bothering him. Hopefully it won't become infected. We have another appointment in May to reassess whether he will have to have oral surgery to remove the broken tooth and root.

But I do have to say that Cooper was a trooper. He let them do all the cleaning and checking and sat really still for the xrays. Not like last year when he only opened his mouth once.
